- 1 zak baby potatoes - precooked
- 150 gr bacon
- 350 gr green beans
- 2 witte onions chopped
- 3 eggs

- Remove the head and bottom from the beans and break them in half, boil them until tender and then "shock" them in cold water.
- Take the wok or stir-fry pan and add the bacon and chopped onions in the olive oil. Fry them until the bacon starts to get crispy and then add the beans and cooked potatoes. Pour in the white wine vinegar and mustard and stir-fry until the mustard is evenly distributed.
- Meanwhile, cook the eggs.
- Season the salad with salt and pepper and garnish with the eggs.
