Ingredients:
- 2 mackerel fillets
- 200 gr cauliflower florets
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 1 bag lamb's lettuce

- Bring a pan of water to a boil with some salt in it. Blanch the cauliflower florets for a minute or 3. Then drain in a colander.
- Heat a frying pan and add a little olive oil. Sprinkle the florets with the persillade and bake them in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Peel the cucumber into thin slices with a cheese grater.
- Cut the tomatoes diagonally with a knife. (as serrated edges) when you are all the way around, carefully pull the halves apart.
- Take a bowl and put the lettuce on it first. Drizzle some olive oil over it. Then finish the salad with the rest of the ingredients.
