Recently I bought a bag of marshmallows for this marshmallow martini espresso. And guess what? When I wanted to get started, all the marshmallows were eaten! Wise lesson to myself: clearly indicate what kind of recipe is, and what should not be eaten for a while…. But it's good to buy another bag at the next round of shopping and hide it well in the pantry. The weather is not really good yet, so this cocktail suited me really well with the still fresh temperatures.

So we already add a marshmallow to the coffee the moment we make the coffee. This way it melts a bit in your coffee and you get some of that marshmallow flavor in your cocktail. I made it with Amarretto but you can also use Amarula or other coffee liqueur. In principle, putting together a new cocktail is not that complicated.
For a surprising effect and a subtle, refined taste, grab a small kitchen torch or a long-handled lighter to lightly toast the marshmallow.
This not only livens up the look of the dessert or drink, but also gives a more “adult” twist to your decoration, making it simply irresistible.
