We're going back to the dark days of the year! Time for warm flavors, cranberries and the fireplace can be lit again. Hot chocolate with marshmallows in it is of course very tasty, but you can also spice up a cocktail with it. Anyway, this is a recipe that you can make in two different ways. For the kids who let you craft the Rudolphs at the table and with a dash of gin in it for the dads and moms. You pour this marshmallow Rudolf gin cocktail with a pink gin for the beautiful color.
Marshmallow Rudolf gin cocktail
For the Rudolphs you need some skewers, cranberries, rosemary and some cloves. And of course marshmallows. Furthermore, it is quite simple to assemble them. You often use a syrup in a cocktail to sweeten it up a bit. In this season, for example, you could make a rosemary syrup. Don't feel like adding that too? For example, the supermarket also has elderflower syrup, and it also goes perfectly with it.
I used spa in this recipe, but you can also use tonic. Then you make a nice GT with it. We use coconut grater for the snow effect on the glass. If you want a bit of a tropical version, you can also add some coconut water to the glasses.
To make the cocktail even more refreshing, you can add ice cubes. Serve it in a beautiful glass with a slice of lime on the rim for an extra decorative touch. Enjoy this delicious, wintery cocktail.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
