Greek feta marinated with fresh herbs

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

Sometimes it is convenient for man. I understand that because not everyone is a fan of cooking. You grab a block of feta cheese in the supermarket, or a jar of salad cubes. Unfortunately, many of these products are not real Greek feta at all. There are rules attached to this and you can see it by the quality mark. It doesn't really help the taste either. You should just jokingly try and put these two side by side. You can easily make such a pot of Greek feta marinated with fresh herbs.

Greek cheese
Delicious with fresh herbs and garlic. Let it marinate for a few hours.

You give it your own twist with the herbs and spices. Let it marinate well in the fridge for a day. And then you have a piece of cheese that really has taste!

Feta marinated with fresh herbs

Now about that Greek feta. This cheese belongs to the family of white cheeses. It is made from sheep's milk and sometimes supplemented with goat's milk. Feta has now been given a protected designation of origin. This is because many companies made feta cheese that was not at all. As a foodie, I can only applaud this. This preserves the true recipe. marinate feta

Of course my favorite herb parsley cannot be missed.

And when you buy it, you also know for sure that you support the farmers in the area where it is made. So in this recipe marinated Greek feta with fresh herbs, we opt for fresh herbs.
