Where to start and what to say. What crazy times we are experiencing right now! After a hysterically busy December, it was nice to be able to take it easy in January. Usually, most companies start their marketing agenda quietly in this month and the various campaigns are devised and set up. The first two months of the year are therefore generally not that busy. But then we are now at home, with a child who has to do schoolwork at home. With other work to be done and we are hardly allowed to leave the house. Difficult times all around. What happened here? Read it in the Newsletter Delicious Happen January 2021.
New year new resolutions
Do you make them every year? They are secretly the same every year…. A size less, a healthier life, more exercise and dry January. We are now doing the latter for the second time and it is going very well. I find it more difficult to leave the carbonated drinks. I am slowly making some changes in our eating habits. Think of less meat, more vega and vegan. More healthier snacks and a lot less sugar! Thinking up and making recipes for this is fine with me and I will therefore make a separate cup for it so that you can find it easier.
work work work
Did I mention that the beginning of the year is quiet, yet I already have a few nice collaborations on the roll. And as is the case in this industry, this often has to be done quickly, at short notice and everything has to be delivered on time. So sometimes it's best to switch gears or go a little faster and make sure it's in on time. Benefits for you?

So you can do that with my guest blogs guest foodies. They take you to Italy, Peru, Indonesia, on a wine tour with Fleur or you get a glimpse into the lives of two mothers who do their best to keep everything going in their busy lives. You can find all these blogs under the heading “Guest foodies”. And often these blogs come with a delicious recipe to discover the cuisine of that country.

What did you like best? What is the most cooked?
Old recipe in a new jacket: cauliflowersalade with egg and pickle.
My healthier Madeleines with pumpkin puree do it well.
And this one classic cesar salad hit well too!
February preview
In February there will of course be tasty recipes and beautiful guest blogs online. Hopefully we will get out of the lockdown, but we really have a hard time with that now… For that reason, the agenda is actually empty, and I also work at home a lot and I am present here in and around the village.
