Now that I have recently become an ambassador for a vegetable brand, I am of course inventing all kinds of recipes with beans and other tasty vegetables. As far as I'm concerned, it's always nice to mix the beans with fresh vegetables. This way you get a delicious balanced meal. Another big advantage is that you are sure to get the daily amount of vegetables. This time we dive into the oriental kitchen and get started with those tasty thick Udon noodles and soybeans and chicken. Another advantage of this recipe is that it is very easy and quick to prepare. You only need a few ingredients and you can vary the herbs and vegetables to taste. The Udon noodles are nice and thick and firm and give the soup a good bite. The edamame beans are rich in protein and fiber and have a nutty taste. The chicken provides extra filling and tenderness. And this is how you make the noodle soup with edamame beans:
-First cut the chicken breast into thin strips, sprinkle over some 5spices of spices, pepper and salt and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cut the pak choi and the cleaned carrot into thin strips.
- Then take a frying pan and add some wok oil, fry the chicken fillet strips until golden brown. Then add the pak choi and carrot strips and fry them for a while.
- Boil water in a pan and dissolve the chicken stock tablet in it.
-Then pour the stock into the meat and vegetables and let it boil for a while.
-Take the bowls and put in the Udon noodles. These are already ready in the packaging so you don't have to do anything with them.
- Then pour the stock with the chicken strips and vegetables into both bowls and add a dash of soy sauce.

- Finally, open the can of edamame beans and divide it between the two bowls, garnish the soup with a few spoonfuls of fried onions: Delicious Happen
