- 10 crabs
- 100 gram White rice
For the marinade you will need:
- 4 el soy sauce manis
- 4 el soy sauce
- 50 ml wok oil
- peper
- 1 tl garlic powder
- 1 tl coriander powder
- 1 tl curry powder
- 4 el rice vinegar
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Take a bowl or plastic freezer bag and put all the ingredients for the marinade in it. Mix everything into a smooth sauce and then add the crabs. Let marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 120 degrees.
- Put the meat in a bowl and let it cook for four hours at 120 degrees. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil. Turn the meat every now and then.
- Cook the rice.
- Serve with some fresh parsley.
