The advantage of this oriental steak with snow peas is that it is made quickly, and if you are a bit handy with cutting, it will be on the table in twenty minutes. If you want extra spicy, fry everything in the chili oil. The white sesame seeds make it complete.

As a variation you can use other mushrooms or mushrooms. For example shiitakes or oyster mushrooms. Also add green asparagus, or mini corn cobs and bamboo shoots. Ingredients:
- 400 gram steak - cut into thin slices
- 400 gram snow peas
- 1 red pepper - cut into rings
- 400 gram champignons - cut into slices
- 2 spring onions - cut in rings
- 1 el sesame seeds
- 200 gram basmati rice
For the sauce:
- 75 ml soy sauce
- 1'' el caster sugar
- 1 tl coriander powder
- 1 tl ginger powder
- 1 tl garlic powder
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Cut the steak into paper-thin slices.
- Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Cut the rest of the vegetables as described above.
- Cook the rice according to the package.
- Blanch the snow peas in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Heat a frying pan and add some wok oil (or chili oil) and fry the mushrooms until nicely brown, remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Sprinkle some pepper on the steak slices and brown them on all sides in the frying pan.
- Then add the mushrooms, snow peas, red pepper, and sauce and stir-fry over high heat.
- Grab the bowls and scoop the cooked rice into them, scoop the beef with vegetables on top and finish with the spring onion and sesame seeds.
