Optimal breakfast with fresh fruit
An email arrived in my mailbox. Would I like to try the new recipe? When we got home it turned out that the color was very different than before. In an attached article it was explained to me what exactly the adjustments are in the products. A breakfast with yogurt and fruit is a delicious and healthy way to start the day. You can choose which fresh fruit you add, such as banana, apple, strawberry or kiwi.
And this is how you make breakfast with fresh fruit:
-First preheat your oven to 200 degrees
-Take a large bowl and make sure it is really fat-free, otherwise take a lemon and wipe the bowl with some kitchen roll with some lemon juice.
- Take the three eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Place the 3 yolks in a bowl until ready to use. Put the egg whites in the large bowl and add 50 grams of the granulated sugar. Beat this until it gets a nice light yellow color. Then add the rest of the sugar and beat the egg whites until you get really nice peaks.
- Take the egg yolks and fold them very carefully through the egg whites, if you don't do this, it will become limp and it will be of no use.
-The next step is slowly scooping the flour into the egg mixture, I gently spat it in with a silicone spatula.
Making the lady fingers:
-Take a large piping bag and spoon the batter into it, then twist the bag tightly and cut off a tip at the bottom.
-Pinch nice straight stripes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leave some space between them because they expand a bit during baking. Sprinkle some granulated sugar on top of the stripes.
-Put the baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes (Keep an eye on it because they can suddenly burn at the end and you don't want that!)
Finally, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool down before eating.
To make the smoothie:
-Take your blender and put the frozen raspberries in it with a little warm water, pulse until it has become a soft puree, you can then sift the seeds out but I like them myself. Pour this at the bottom of your smoothie cup.
- Then put the drinking yoghurt in the blender with some fresh raspberries and mix it all together.
-Pour it in the smoothie cup on top of the raspberry puree and you're done! This is enough for 2 smoothies.

Finally, take a plate and place 3 fresh ladyfingers on it and spoon some strawberry curd on top, garnish with the fresh fruit and serve with the raspberry smoothie.

- 100 gram granulated sugar
