You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1'' liter beef boullion
  • 100 gram green beans
  • 1 winter carrot
  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 ui
  • 1 small leek
  • 50 gram vermicelli
  • 3 fresh parsley sprigs

And this is how you make it:

  • Clean all vegetables and cut everything into cubes or strips.
  • Prepare the stock, if you don't have fresh stock, you can also use 3 cubes. Bring to a boil and then add the vegetables. Let it cook gently for 10 minutes.
  • Crush the vermecelli and add to the pan, then let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season with finely chopped parsley and some freshly ground pepper.
