Oven dish with forgotten vegetables

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

Smoked sausage is most often eaten with a stew or a good pea soup here in the Netherlands. However, less and less popular because the fat content is quite high in such a sausage. An average of thirty percent or more. Smoked sausage is my favorite piece of meat! And can therefore also be used in other ways than just with a stew. In this oven dish with forgotten vegetables, it is nicely cut into pieces and thrown into the dish. This gives the vegetables a delicious layer of fat and with the fresh rosemary your kitchen will smell wonderful.
