- 1 bag of butter lettuce
- 300 gram minced beef
- 100 gram cheddar cheese - grated from block
- ½ white onion
- 20 pickle slices
- sesame seeds
For the Big Mac sauce you will need:
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickle
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 very finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- salt
- peper

And this is how you make it:
- We make the sauce first. Chop the onion and the gherkin finely and put in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth sauce. Place in the fridge until use.
