- Then clean all vegetables and cut or chop them into small cubes/pieces. Put everything in a large bowl.
- Remove the puff pastry sheets from the freezer and let them thaw. Let the puff pastry sheets thaw. Line the bottom of a springform pan (approx. 24 cm) with baking paper. Lightly grease the edges. Line the bottom and edges with the puff pastry sheets, letting them overlap slightly. Press the seams together well. Prick holes in the bottom with a fork.
- Heat a frying pan without oil. Brown the minced meat until crumbly. Drain the excess fat in a colander. Put the minced meat back in the pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder
- Add the chopped onions and bell pepper cubes to the minced meat in the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes until they are slightly softer. Divide the minced meat-vegetable mixture evenly over the puff pastry base in the springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, break the 3 eggs and add the crème frache. Mix it with a whisk to a smooth sauce which you then pour over the minced meat mix.
- Finally, sprinkle the fried bacon over the minced meat mix and then the grated cheese. Place the quiche in the oven for about 30 minutes until the edge is golden brown.
