They have a new line with grilled vegetables in freezer bags. Straight out of the freezer and into the pan and bake. And this is how you make the Pearl Couscous with grilled vegetables:

-Making this salad is actually so simple, it can be on the table in 15 minutes!

We'll start with the couscous first. Place in a pan of boiling water and cook for ten minutes.

-In the meantime we put the Mediterranean ratatouille in a frying pan with some olive oil and while gently frying and stirring you heat the vegetables.

-When the couscous is ready, drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain well and then add to the vegetable mix. Gently toss everything together so that everything is well mixed.

- Finally, take a bowl and put the wraps in it. Then place some arugula leaves over the edges. Carefully spoon in the pearl couscous with grilled vegetables.
