Pasta in pepper sauce with cottage cheese

Buratta is delicious but a bit greasy. If you are looking for a replacement, this cottage cheese is just as good. It melts nicely with the hot sauce and is also rich in proteins! In terms of calories, this meal is not too bad and fits into a varied diet. The sauce makes us eat a lot of vegetables without you actually noticing.

If you are a single parent like me, it is also fine to eat it the next day or store it in the freezer. (Without the cottage cheese). For some extra spice, I added a teaspoon of harissa and Italian spice mix stirred into the sauce. You can also use Sriracha or just sambal here.
