With these balls you can continue to vary! Now, of course, I could make a collection page and save myself the trouble of writing an entire recipe and article about it each time. But I still do that because I think they all deserve their own podium. And by the time I have 10 of them I'll make a collector's item. For now, let's get started with these pecan cashew raspberry bliss balls. I understand that not everyone has a standard jar of freeze-dried raspberry powder in their house. But I can really recommend that you buy those kinds of powders. You can also use it in smoothies, sprinkle it over your dessert or add color to dishes. And then you have a nice natural flavor and color maker in your dish. A bliss ball recipe is not complicated at all, so you can continue to vary with flavors and colors.

A delicious combination of sweet, salty and sour.

Ok the powder in this bliss ball recipe where do you buy it? There are really plenty of online stores that sell it. Mine comes from KoRo. But there are plenty of other health food stores where you can buy it. And what exactly is it? The fruit in this case so the raspberries are cooled to about -80 degrees. So the water freezes in the fruit. Then the freeze-drying begins.

You can also opt for other types of freeze-dried powders.

During this process, the moisture is removed from the fruit while the fruit remains frozen. It is then placed in a cooled vacuum chamber and heat is gently added. As a result, the frozen moisture is immediately replaced by gas without becoming liquid. And so we can grind the raspberries into powder and use them for these pecan cashew raspberry bliss balls.

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

Don't have raspberry powder? You can also roll them through grated coconut or nuts, you can vary in this too.
