Piadina with avocado tuna salad

Piadina with avocado tuna salad

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

Let me get straight to the point, no, I did not make the piadina myself. That's definitely still on the list, but this time it just came out of a package! A piadina is a type of wheat flour wrap that resembles a tortilla. From Italy, the Romagna region, you sometimes wonder that too. This piadina with avocado tuna salad contains a lot of protein, about 26 grams. So it's filling and you can really live on it until your 4-hour snack or your evening meal.

You could also make this piadina with avocado tuna salad for work. Then you just have to fold it tightly and roll it in a sheet of aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator. Or you can take the piadina and the tuna salad separately in a container while doing the work. Size just what suits you best. Because we use avocado, you must add some acidity such as lemon juice, so that your salad stays nice and green and does not turn brown!

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
