- 4 big white onions
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 8 black olives
- 4 el black olives Tapenade
- 2 el white balsamic vinegar
- 1 el Brown sugar
- 2 twigs thyme

- Let's caramelize the onions first. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Put a dash of olive oil in the frying pan and fry the onions on low heat for 20 minutes. Then add the vinegar and caster sugar. Stir through the onions and continue cooking until the onions are golden brown.
