Pistachio and almond granola – Healthy and easy to make yourself

You can have a granola recipe like this pistachio and almond granola in a bowl within 20 minutes. The advantage of making it yourself is that you also decide how much or which types of sugar you use. It is available in your supermarket. But if you buy it in bulk, it is certainly cheaper.

Keep a nice stock in jars.

Would like to make this one. Seems top notch to me. But I can't get coconut blossom sugar here directly. What could I use as a substitute? Cane sugar?

    1. Hi Erica, that could indeed be possible, coconut blossom sugar does have a specific taste. Otherwise, take a look online at, for example, KoRo or at a health store. You can also buy it at the AH. Have fun creating! gr Francine

Yes is a great recipe easy to make, you could swap out the nuts with others. This is obviously a translated recipe from duth to english i had to assume 1 or 2 tbsp was 1 or 2 Tbls (tablespoon) and 1 protein was an egg. It was very tasty and delicious and better than other granolas I have made.
