- 4 checkers ananas
- 1 Spanish / chili pepper - finely chopped
- 1 shallot - XNUMX onion - shredded
- 1 lime - squeezed
- 2 twigs Parsley - finely chopped

And this is how you make it:
- Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
- Chop and cut the rest of the ingredients as described above and mix everything in a bowl.
