Ingredients:
- 2 pieces salmon
- 3 el soy sauce
- 2 el sesame seeds
- 1 mature avocado
- 150 gr fresh peas
- 300 gr broccoli rice
- 100 gr White rice

And this is how you make it:
- You will need three small pans for this recipe. Place the rice in one pan and the broccoli rice and peas in the other two.
- Cook the rice according to the package.Blanch the broccoli rice for a minute or two in hot water and then drain in a colander. Boil the peas for about 10 minutes until they are al dente.
- Cut the salmon into small cubes and let it marinate briefly in the soy sauce. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on it.
- Mix the white rice with the broccoli rice and scoop into a bowl, top up with the peas, avocado and salmon. Serve with a little extra soy sauce for some extra flavor.
