-We start with the vegetables, chop the pumpkin into cubes. Peel the onions and cut them and the bell pepper into cubes as well.

Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180 degrees.

- Take a frying pan and stir in the minced meat. Add all the spices and also the chopped and sliced ​​vegetables. Mix well and then add the tomato puree. Then let it cook on a low flame.

- Take your baking dish and grease it well. Roll out 5 slices of dough into a piece that is slightly larger than your baking dish. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface to prevent the dough from sticking. Then carefully place the dough in the dish and line the bottom and the edges with it. Then spoon in the minced meat-vegetable mix.

-Now roll another slice of 4 slices of dough (there are 10 slices in a package) that serves as a lid over your oven dish. So it must be a little bigger. Place it on top and press the edges well. With an apple corer or a knife, cut a hole in the center so that the steam can escape.

-To decorate the pie you can cut out nice figures with the last slice of dough and stick these on the lid with the beaten egg. Brush the rest with the beaten egg.

-Finally put the pie in the oven for about 50 minutes until it is nicely browned.
