If you exercise a lot like me, you can use some extra protein, but I often find those powders so dirty to drink. Hello protein chocolate pudding! Super easy to make with just a few ingredients. Whether you make it for breakfast, or as a dessert, you can store it in the fridge for a day when it's made, so it's also easy to "prep".

Super easy to make with only a few ingredients, but of course we also want to give it some flavor. My friends at Van Beekum have with their latest breakfast mix the solution for that. This ready-made mix fits perfectly with this protein chocolate pudding. This mix contains various spices, but also hazelnuts. Perfect combination with chocolate and the pasta we used in this pudding.

The consistency of this pudding is quite thick. It's not 100% comparable to pudding from the supermarket, but I think it's great!

What makes this pudding really special is the opportunity to try out different flavors by varying different types of nut butters. For example, cashew paste, which has a rich and creamy texture, or pistachio paste, which adds a subtle nutty flavor. That gives your pudding a slightly different taste and makes it a new experience every time.

You can also think of hazelnut paste for a slightly sweeter note, or almond paste for a more delicate taste. Experimenting with these different nut butters can lead to unexpected and delicious results, so you'll never get tired of this pudding. Moreover, by trying different combinations, you can find your own perfect recipe that completely suits your taste preferences.

In short, by alternating with various types of nut butter, you can enjoy a unique and delicious dessert every time.
