Ingredients:
- 40 gram protein powder
- 100 gram oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 200 ml milk
- ¼ tl salt
- sunflower oil

And this is how you make it:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. This can be done with a whisk, but it is even faster and easier if you use a food processor or blender.
- Heat butter or oil in the frying pan.
- When the frying pan is hot, pour a thin layer of pancake mix into the pan. Avoid using too much batter. After all, you want the protein pancake to be cooked inside.
- Lift the protein pancake carefully with a fork to check if it has turned golden brown. If so, it's time to carefully flip the protein pancake.
- Turn the pancake over and wait until the other side is also golden brown.
- Serve the protein pancake with a topping of your choice.
