Ingredients:

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Cut the courgettes into about 3 to 4 mm thick slices. put them in a bowl and sprinkle with a little salt. Leave them alone.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the zucchini slices on it.
  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Break the 8 eggs into a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat with a hand mixer until you have a very frothy whole. Pour this over the zucchini and put it in the oven right away.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the top is a nice golden brown.
  • Take a frying pan and stir in the minced meat with the tomato paste, chili powder, ketchup and the chopped onion.
  • Remove the baking tin from the oven and carefully pull the baking paper with the zucchini omelette onto the work surface.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top and divide the mincemeat over it. Carefully roll up the roll and bake it in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  • Cut the roll into 4 parts and Delicious Happen!
