You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack udon noodles
  • 1 little pot red curry
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 Red pepper
  • spring onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300 gram chicken breast
  • 1 tin can coconut milk
  • 1 lime
  • few tablespoons fried onion
