Red Vodka Chili Syrup Sour – Spicy Cocktail with Homemade Syrup
The decoration is of course completely optional with this drink! If you don't like food waste, you can just use it for another dish. Shaking the shaker twice, first without and then with ice. We shake this red vodka chili syrup sour with egg white. That's raw and if you don't want that you can use a vegan option. That's aqua faba, the juice that comes with chickpeas. That gives the same effect and is therefore slightly less "dangerous" than a raw protein.

This drink is perfect for a party or a fun evening with friends. It has a beautiful red color, a sweet taste and a spicy kick. You can make it as strong as you want by adding more or less vodka. You can also adjust the chili syrup to taste by adding more or less chili to use.

You can also try other types of syrup, such as raspberry or strawberry syrup. The most important thing is that you find a good balance between sweet, sour and spicy. The protein provides a creamy foam layer that makes the drink extra tasty. You can decorate the glass with red peppers, lime wedges or other fun things you have around the house. Let your creativity run wild and enjoy this delicious red vodka chili syrup sour!
