I rarely ate them before, but now I know my way to the noodles. My husband has no problem with this development at all, because he loves it. This time we make a tasty bowl full of vegetables, noodles, edamame beans and high-quality meat. I received a delicious box full of meat from Butcher Björn because I had dinner at home. I prepared the meat myself that evening on the salt stone, but that's not really a problem recipe. With some leftover steak, I made these stir-fry noodles with beef and edamame beans. I seasoned the meat with tasty Oriental herbs and let it marinate for a while, my whole kitchen smelled delicious! We're going to start by making the stir-fry noodles with beef and edamame beans. You need:

Ingredients:

  • 2 steaks
  • 2 to stick noodles - wok noodles
  • 1 rode p
  • 1 yellow p
  • 1 blik edamame beans - can also be from the fresh produce
  • 1 tl Chinese 5 spice powder
  • 1 knife point chili powder
  • 3 el soy sauce
  • 1 zak cassava chips

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Cut the steak into strips. Season with the herbs and soy sauce. Marinate in a bowl with some wok oil while you cut the vegetables.
  • Wash the peppers and cut them into small cubes
  • Drain the edamame beans in a colander over the sink.
  • Take a wok and heat it well. Then fry the steaks on a high heat with some wok oil. Not completely cooked through. Then remove them from the wool and set aside until use.
  • Put all the vegetables in the wok and stir fry them for a few minutes while we cook the noodles.
  • Put a pan with plenty of water on the stove and cook the noodles in it for two minutes. Rinse them with cold water and drain well. Then add them to the wok.
  • Finally, add the beef strips and toss everything together. Season with more soy sauce if desired.

Serve with some broken pieces of cassava.
Would you like the dish a little sweeter? Then add some ketjap at the end and mix it well in the wok before serving it in the bowls.
