Creamy mushroom soup

Creamy mushroom soup with crème fraiche

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

Fried mushrooms are one of my favorite side dishes. But at this time of year a nice soup is very nice to warm you up a bit. So I incorporated the fried mushrooms in this creamy mushroom soup. At the moment you can find all kinds of beautiful containers of mushrooms in the supermarket. It contains, for example, chanterelles and chestnut mushrooms. These give just a little more flavor to your soup. I also used shallot in this recipe for a nice onion and a little more refined. creamy mushroom soup recipe
