Creamy mushroom soup with aniseed milk

Estimated reading time: 3 minutes

For as long as I can remember I have loved mushrooms and toadstools. I remember well that I went out for dinner with my father during our outings and always wanted extra fried mushrooms with my steak. I think they're great right out of the pan, but also very much in a soup! So when Martijn suggested this creamy mushroom soup with anise milk as an intermediate dish for our Christmas menu, I immediately agreed. A delicious mushroom soup recipe.
