What is Pink Gin Tonic?
Pink gin tonic is a variant of the classic gin tonic, which has been a popular cocktail for many years. Gin tonic consists of gin, a juniper-based spirit, and tonic, a carbonated soft drink. This combination gives a bitter and refreshing taste that you can supplement with different garnishes, such as lemon, cucumber.Pink gin and tonic is made with pink gin, a type of gin that has a subtle fruity taste and a beautiful pink color.
Pink gin is inspired by an original recipe from Gordon's from 1880. They added the sweet taste of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants to the gin. This resulted in a slightly sweeter but still refreshing variant of the original cocktail.
