Although my website is mainly Dutch, some drinks sound nicer in English. For example, this pink gin elderflower sour, which would then be called pink gin elderflower sour…. Personally I think it's just a bit sexier! But good for those who googled elderflower or pink gin will definitely come to me. This cocktail is super simple, tasty and very beautiful. We provide the edge of the glass with edible dried flowers. This way you immediately serve a beautiful glass and you can really enjoy your cocktail.
Pink gin elderflower sour
You could, of course, make your own elderflower syrup if they are in season. Nowadays you can also buy it quite easily in the supermarket. Because we make a sour, you also want a sweet counterpart. The lemon juice and the combination with the syrup give you a balanced cocktail.
Enjoy this beautiful Pink gin elderflower sour even more by presenting it completely alcohol-free. Opt for a high-quality, non-alcoholic pink gin to complete this refreshing drink.
For those who prefer to avoid protein, you can use aquafaba as a plant-based alternative; simply add to the shaker for a deliciously frothy texture.
