-1 avocado

This is how to make the roasted chickpea salad:

-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

-Wash and drain the chickpeas, then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season them with some paprika, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with some olive oil. Then put them in the oven for fifteen minutes. After that fifteen minutes toss and then another fifteen minutes in the oven.

-Meanwhile, cut / chop all fruit and vegetables into nice slices or slices and prepare 4 beautiful plates. Sprinkle some lemon juice over the avocado to prevent them from browning.
