Salad with roasted chickpeas
Chickpeas are rich in protein. That is why they can also be used in a meal salad as a meat substitute. I am also aware of my meat consumption and the environment around me. So it's good to leave out my piece of meat every now and then and make a nice salad. And this roasted chickpea salad is totally in season. I used delicious sweet peaches and a nice ripe avocado.
