My daughter saw the ingredients for these Sinterklaas cupcakes with chocolate letter frosting on the counter. She was immediately interested because yes chocolate, cupcakes it's like magic. Although I am not a great baker at all, making a cupcake is not that complicated. So I dare to venture here. The frosting recipe is a nice basic recipe. You can use both dark and milk chocolate for this. I understand if you don't have any "leftover" chocolate letters... Because here at home those things also go up in one go! A regular chocolate bar can therefore also be used perfectly. We will stick to the Sinterklaas theme because of the gingerbread spices in the cupcakes. baking cupcakes sinterklaas recipe

The gingerbread spices that we use to make the cupcake are not actually spices. How then you may ask. That's because they are mainly spices. These have a more intense flavor than herbs. They are made from other parts of the plant, such as the roots, bark or seed.

This gives the Sinterklaas cupcakes with chocolate letter frosting a delicious and unique taste experience. You can simply taste the rich aromas and characteristic spices that make these cupcakes so special. So, if you're looking for a culinary adventure full of flavorful pleasures, these cupcakes are definitely for you!

The frosting recipe is therefore a nice basic recipe that you can certainly use for other tasty baking! Do you want some variation in that? For example, add some spices or herbs here. You can also use other types of chocolate. Enough options.
