Because the raspberries cannot be eaten in the spring here in the garden, I make these whipped cream cakes with fresh fruit. This time with big raspberries from your own garden!
Raspberries originate from Europe and Northern Asia. They have been eaten for many hundreds of years and were commonly used in the Middle Ages for making jellies, sauces and fruit wine. Raspberries are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber and are eaten as a snack, used as an ingredient in dishes or processed in products such as jams, sauces and ice cream. They are now available worldwide and are a popular choice for healthy snacks and desserts.
These cream cakes are so delicious because they are a delicious combination of crispy puff pastry, creamy whipped cream and fresh fruit. The puff pastry is nice and airy and crispy and forms a good basis for the filling. The whipped cream is soft and sweet and gives the cakes a creamy texture. The fruit is juicy and fresh and provides a tasty bite and a colorful contrast. The flavors match perfectly and make the cakes a real treat.
This is how to make the fresh fruit cream tarts:
-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
-Defrost the puff pastry for the fresh fruit tarts, then cut each slice into 4 small squares. Place the small squares on a baking tray lined with baking paper, then sprinkle some granulated sugar over each square. -Place in the preheated oven.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream and put it in a piping bag and put it in the fridge until use.
-After about 15 minutes, remove the squares for the cream tarts with fruit from the oven when they are a nice golden brown. Let them cool for a while, then take a serrated knife and carefully cut them open puff pastry is slightly bulged and there is a clear cutting line where you can insert the knife)
So you have a bottom and a top.
-Take the whipped cream out of the fridge and carefully pipe a layer of whipped cream on the bottom, then put some fruit of your choice on top.
You can decide for yourself how high you want to make the whipped cream tarts turrets with fresh fruit, if you want 3 layers like me, then take another bottom and spray some whipped cream on both sides, carefully place it on the fresh fruit and build your turret .
