-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

You need:

  • 3 paste puff pastry
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • granulated sugar
  • fresh fruit such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries

  • Pipe some whipped cream on the bottom and put some fruit on top, then another layer of puff pastry and build your tower.
  • Finally, a swirl on top with a piece of fruit and then serve.
  • Delicious bites!
For a firmer whipped cream, you can use a bag of klopfix, or a little extra mascarpone.
