This is another recipe that is great on a weekday if you are in a bit of a hurry and want to get to the table quickly. Hence this quick paprika curry with pineapple and chicken. I regularly look in my kitchen drawers and cupboards and see what is still in stock. For example, onions are indispensable in my kitchen and fresh garlic certainly is. For example, most of the items in this recipe will likely already be in your kitchen, so all you need to do is buy the meat and veggies fresh. So my tip is to occasionally supplement your drawers with these basic items and then you will never go wrong. paprika curry chicken recipe vegetarian

And this is how you make the Quick paprika curry with pineapple and chicken:
-We start with the chicken fillet, which you cut into cubes just like the bell pepper, then you chop the onions and finely chop the garlic cloves. Drain the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
- Grab a deep frying pan or frying pan and add some wok oil. I use this oil because it is spicier than olive oil and gives the chicken just a little more flavor. So now take your chicken cubes and fry them in the pan until golden brown. Then add the chopped garlic cloves, onions and bell pepper and let it fry for a while. Season with the spices and salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice until done, drain and return to the pan. Put the lid on the pan and let it sit until you are ready to serve.
-Add the diced tomatoes and coconut milk to the chicken mixture and stir well, let it simmer for a while.
-And finally, add the pineapple and stir your curry well.
