Spaghetti pie
Such a nice turban shape is not only suitable for cake! We are going to get creative with this spaghetti pie bolognese. Spaghetti is always nice and this way you put something completely different on the table. Serve the spaghetti pie with a tasty green salad or caprèse. Bolognese is a meat-based sauce that originated in Bologna, Italy. It is traditionally made with minced beef or a mixture of beef and pork, tomatoes, onions, celery, carrots, wine, and milk or cream. It is often served with pasta, such as spaghetti, but can also be used as a topping for other dishes, such as lasagna.
For 4 people you need:
-200 grams of spaghetti
-1 bag of 300 gr Italian vegetable mix
-Seasoned bread-crumbs
-A little butter for the mold
-2 beaten eggs
-125 ml crème frache
-100 gr grated cheese
-Italian herbs
-Salt pepper
This is how you make the spaghetti pie:
-Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
-While the oven is heating up, cook the spaghetti until al dente and meanwhile fry the vegetables in a frying pan with some oil.
-Let the spaghetti drain and butter the mold well with butter.
- Carefully spread the breadcrumbs in the mold so that a nice layer is created.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl with the crème frache, then stir in the cheese, herbs and salt and pepper.
-Mix everything well and then carefully scoop everything into the mold and cover it well with aluminum foil.
Finally, put the cake in the oven and let it bake for about 45 minutes.
Spaghetti pie:
Finally, take the spaghetti pie out of the oven and carefully turn it over on a nice plate, garnish with some fresh basil and: Delicious bites!
