-Clean the onion, bell pepper and garlic cloves and chop them into fine pieces.

- Take a heavy-bottomed frying pan and stir in the minced meat. Then add the chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic and mix well.

-Then add all the herbs and spices to the minced meat mix and the cans of tomato puree and diced tomatoes. Stir well and let it simmer until the moisture is gone.

-To make the buns a bit firmer on the inside, you can toast them under the grill, then spoon the minced meat mixture on top and serve it immediately. Note napkins are a must!

  • 500 gram chopped
  • 8 white buns or hamburger buns
  • 1 tin can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tin can concentrated tomato paste
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 white onion

  • 2 tablespoons Worcertershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon piri-piric
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 3 toes Garlic
