You need:

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr minced beef
  • 2 white onions
  • 4 toes Garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 rode p
  • 10 champignons
  • ½ bottle gourd
  • 1 blik kidney beans - (about 200 grams)
  • 1 blik black beans - (about 200 grams)

Herbs / spices / extra additives

And this is how you make it:

  • First clean the vegetables, peel the onion, remove the skin from the pumpkin, and the garlic cloves.
  • Chop the onion, tomato, pumpkin, bell pepper and mushrooms into equal cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
  • Heat the pan and first fry the onion and garlic until translucent, then add the rest of the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes while stirring. Then add the drained cans of beans. Bake for a few more minutes and then transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add the minced meat to the pan and season with pepper, salt, chili powder, coriander powder and paprika. Brown the minced meat and add the tomato puree.
  • Add the vegetables back to the pan and add the tomato frito to the pan. Stir everything together well and let it simmer for an hour on a low heat.
  • After the hour, the chili is ready and you can eat.
  • Delicious bites!
-If you don't have a tomato frito at home, take a can of diced tomatoes or passata. 
-Serve with, for example, tortilla chips or sweet potato.
