Want to make it really easy for yourself and save on your groceries? Then you buy cleaned sprouts. But did you know that you can also clean them yourself? It takes some extra effort, but it can quickly save you 2 to 3 euros. So why not invest a little extra time and enjoy fresh sprouts and the money you save?

We served these delicious Brussels sprouts with baked potatoes in a creamy Parmesan sauce as a side dish. The addition of bacon provides a tasty twist. If you don't eat pork, you can choose to omit the bacon or replace it with “turkey bacon.” This savory combination is a delicious meal in itself, without the need for extra meat.
