Tapas garlic shrimp
Ask my daughter where she would like to eat and she almost always chooses "La Cubanita". My child loves the garlic shrimp. She can order a bowl of these shrimp for three different rounds. I ordered large prawns from my fishmonger and made this tapas classic, because this recipe tapas garlic shrimps can't be missed on my site! -First preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
- Grab 3 dishes for the oven and add a cube of butter, a good dash of olive oil and two garlic cloves cut into slices. Place them in the preheated oven until the butter has melted nicely.
-Then divide the prawns over the three bowls and sprinkle some pepper, salt and chili flakes on it. (No chili flakes for my daughter that is too hot). Then add some olive oil and then put the dishes back in the oven until the prawns are nice and pink and cooked through.
- Cut a lemon into wedges and add them to the bowl when you are going to serve them.

Finally, serve the shrimps with a nice piece of baguette or Turkish bread with aioli
