Tapas broad beans with thyme potatoes

- Chop the onions and garlic cloves. Take a frying pan and add some olive oil in it as well. Saute the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the drained broad beans. Mix well and add the cleaned mushrooms cut into quarters.
-Fry until the mushrooms are nicely browned and then add the Serrano ham. Cook over a low heat until the potatoes are done.

Finally, remove the potatoes from the oven and divide them into nice bowls. You can also place the broad bean mix on bowls and serve with a nice dollop of garlic sauce.
