Ingredients:
- 1 smoked sausage
- 350 gram minced beef
- 1 tin can to the direction - (about 300 grams) drained
- 2 red peppers - cut in pieces
- 2 onions - XNUMX onion - shredded
- 3 toes Garlic - finely chopped
- 1 blik black beans - (about 300 grams) drained
- 1 blik diced tomatoes - (about 400 grams)
- 3 twigs fresh chopped parsley
Herbs and spices:
- salt
- peper
- 2 el Paprika powder
- 1 el curry powder
- 1 tl chili powder
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Chop/slice and shred the vegetables as described above.
- In your stewpan, crumble the minced meat and season it with the herbs and spices. (More spice? Then add more chili powder).
- Add the beans, corn, vegetables and tomato cubes and fry for 5 minutes.
- Cut the (cooked) smoked sausage into slices and toss it all over. Let the stew simmer over low heat.
- Garnish with the parsley.
