Tortilla chips, guys I'm almost having a love affair with them! I like them so much. Certainly not good for your figure so I eat them way too little in my opinion. So how do you incorporate your love for chips into a main course? Very simple you just make this ten layers taco salad. Basically everything you would normally put in a taco but then served as a salad…. You guessed it, a nice bowl of tortilla chips with it! A big win-win as far as I'm concerned. Oh and if you sometimes wonder how that came out of that glass vase? Taco tacos salad salad in a jar
The whole salad looked a lot different after serving because I just tossed it into a really big bowl and mixed everything together. Serve with a nice red salsa or some extra guacamole and you won't hear me again!
Ten layers of taco salad
Of course I made the layers in this salad mainly for the photo. Of course it serves no purpose at all and everything mixed together is why this salad is so delicious. Do you also care about the taste? Save yourself the trouble and just use a nice large bowl and mix it all together nicely.
Use your tortilla chips to scoop the salad on top of the chips and serve with a delicious red salsa: Delicious Happen!
