-Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
-In an oven dish, mix the olive oil, balsamic cream, soy sauce, chopped garlic cloves and some salt and pepper. Then add the cleaned mushrooms and make sure they are well mixed with the mix. Then put in the oven for about 20 minutes. Turn around halfway through.
-Dab the steak dry and pepper them. Then fry them in a frying pan in some butter with olive oil until nice and pink. Wrap them with some aluminum foil and let them rest.
-When the mushrooms are finally ready, take them out of the oven and put the oven on the grill position. Cut the bread into nice thick slices and spread with some olive oil. Place them under the grill until they are nicely crispy.
