- 10 pieces Roma tomatoes
- 20 leaves fresh basil
- 3 onions
- 1 winter carrot
- 4 el olive oil
- 1 package cooking cream - (we use a few sketches)
- 1/2 ltr vegetable stock
- 1 slipper - (may be baking)

And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 220 degrees.
- Peel the onions and then cut them into coarse pieces. Scrape the winter carrot clean and cut it into pieces as well. We cut the tomatoes in half.
- Take a large stockpot and heat the olive oil in it. Then fry the onions and the carrot in it. After a few minutes, add the tomatoes. Let these vegetables stew on a low heat for fifteen minutes with the lid on the pan.
- Add the stock to the vegetables and bring to a boil. Then let it cook for a few minutes on low heat.
- Meanwhile, bake the ciabatta in the oven. (on average about 8 to 9 minutes)
- Finally, add the basil leaves to the soup and puree it completely smooth with your immersion blender.
