So I often add them to my green smoothies or smoothies like this tropical SunGold kiwi smoothie. It is 100% vegetable because we make it with coconut yogurt. You could throw the whole kiwi in the blender because you can eat the skin.

You need:

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml coconut yogurt
  • 250 gram Tropical fruit mix - box from the freezer
  • 1 Zespri Green kiwifruit
  • 3 SunGold Zespri kiwifruit

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Take your blender and put the box of tropical fruit mix in it, add 100 ml of water and blend it into a smooth fruit mousse. Pour into a bowl and rinse the blender clean.
  • Peel the kiwis cut them into cubes and put them in the blender and blend until there are no pieces left.
  • Take two glasses and start with a layer of coconut yogurt. Then you scoop a layer of tropical fruit on top, then another layer of yogurt and then kiwi. This way you build up your smoothie until the glass is full.
  • With a straw you can still draw nice lines in the glass for the "Delicious Happen" swirl effect.
