Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 slice feta
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 300 gram spinach
- 1 can of tomato cubes
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 bowl of sun-dried tomatoes

And this is how you make it:
- Peel the skin of the garlic and chop the garlic cloves.
- Drain the can of chickpeas.
- Take your frying pan and add a little olive oil. Fry the minced garlic with the tomato paste and add the spinach. Stir-fry until the spinach has wilted completely.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the rest of the ingredients except the feta.
- Let it simmer on a low flame for about twenty minutes.
- Crumble the feta and add it during the last five minutes.
