Ingredients:

  • 200 gram of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 gram grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tl baharat
  • 100 gram avocado - (1 small)
  • ½ citroen - squeezed
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes - cut into pieces
  • ½ Red onion - XNUMX onion - shredded
  • 50 gram rocket salad
  • 3 slices lean chicken fillet

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Line a baking tin with baking paper.
